Esta es una mezcla de la variedad Catuai Rojo, producido en nuestras fincas ubicadas en las tierras altas de las regiones montañosas que rodean el Valle de Boquete, y a alturas que van desde 1300 y hasta 1550 msnm, con suelos volcánicos en su mayoría y abundante materia orgánica, y manejadas con sombra controlada.
Con una estricta selección por maduración al momento de ser recolectado en las fincas, asegurando así, entregar su máxima calidad en su sabor.
Nuestro Specialty Premium, es procesado en nuestra versión Natural, que asegura mantener en este producto, toda la calidad entregada por las plantaciones sin omitir ningún aporte que esta fruta nos entrega.
Su perfil de sabor es complejo e intenso, pudiendo destacar, acidez cítrica media, que hace muy buen balance con su cuerpo fino, abundante, suave y agradable, dulzor mayormente a frutas maduras, maracuyá, y complementado con un floral leve que redondea su sabor. Su sabor residual es limpio, agradable y duradero.

This is a mixture of the Red Catuai variety, produced in our farms located in the highlands of the mountainous regions that surround the Boquete Valley, and at altitudes ranging from 1300 to 1550 meters above sea level, with mostly volcanic soils and abundant organic components, and managed with controlled shade.
With a strict selection of the maturation level at the time of being collected in the farms, thus ensuring its maximum quality in its flavor.
Our Specialty Premium is processed in our Natural version, which ensures that this product maintains all the quality delivered by the plantations without omitting any contribution that this fruit gives us.
Its flavor profile is complex and intense, being able to stand out, medium citric acidity, which makes a very good balance with its fine, abundant, soft and pleasant body, sweetness mainly of ripe fruits, passion fruit, and complemented by a slight floral that rounds out its flavor. Its residual flavor is clean, pleasant and long-lasting.
